Lando is a seasoned healthcare leader who balances high-level clinical expertise with a deep commitment to holistic wellness. His professional foundation was built over 18 years of military service in both the Active Duty and Reserve components. Rising through the ranks from Enlisted to Commissioned Officer, Lando served as a Critical Care Nurse, Emergency Room Nurse, and High-Risk OB Case Manager at major installations including BAMC, Fort Bragg, and Landstuhl, Germany.

A 2003 graduate of the UT Health Science Center in Houston, Lando’s civilian career began with a Critical Care Internship at Methodist Hospital—the primary facility Willow serves today. Since 2014, he has served as an RN Business Manager, eventually co-founding Willow OBGYN in 2022. His unique trajectory from the front lines of military medicine to executive leadership allows him to manage the practice with a rare blend of tactical precision and patient-centered advocacy.

In addition to his leadership at Willow, Lando is the founder of House of RhythOM (pronounced rhythm). A 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Somatic Breathwork facilitator, he integrates nervous system regulation and mindfulness into the culture of the medical practice. He believes that a truly "spa-like" medical environment is rooted in a regulated, compassionate workflow.

A House Music DJ since 2004, Lando frequently spins at House of RhythOM and venues across San Antonio. When he isn't fine-tuning the practice or the studio, he spends his time restoring classic cars, diving into complex LEGO builds, and traveling with his spouse, Dr. Kelly Morales, and their two children.
