Our office accepts most commercial insurance plans. We do not verify benefits in our office and recommend for all patients to contact their insurance provider to determine if our office is considered an “in network” provider as it is dependent on the plan. We do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or HMO/Marketplace insurance for new patients.

Dr. Morales does not deliver at multiple hospitals. She only delivers at Methodist Hospital located at 7700 Floyd Curl Drive, San Antonio, TX, 78229.

Dr. Morales is the only Physician at Willow OB/GYN, however she is not the only Provider you will see as a patient. Our office has 2 excellent Nurse Practitioners Nadia Regis and Jade Hoever who rotate care with Dr. Morales and her patients.

We do off treatment for hormones with HRT, however we do not offer pellets as a form of treatment.

Our office is not affiliated with any birth centers in the San Antonio area. We also do not provide co-management care with any birth centers.

We do not currently offer online scheduling, please call the office at 726-888-6261 to book an appointment.

In the event you are having an urgent matter our office offers an answering service that is available 24/7, with an on-call Physician who is paged to answer urgent questions or issues.

Patients are directed to park in garage #3 located to the left of our building. Parking and parking costs are managed by the Methodist hospital system, and we are unable to validate parking tickets.
